YOUTH DEVELOPMENT at NCI’s All Saints Neighborhood Center:

Head Start

• Supports maximum brain development in the early years through childcare services, education of parents, and a stimulating environment
• Nurtures school success
• Encourages positive relationships with other young people and adults
• Helps young people blossom physically and culturally
• Challenges young people to adopt achievable and inspiring career and educational goals

After School and Summer Programs
• Ages 7-17
• Tutoring, computers, cultural activities
• Exploring the natural, cultural, and economic environment, recreational sports, nutrition
• Community service projects

After School and Youth Summer Programs receive support from the City of Detroit Neighborhood Opportunity Fund and the Microsoft Unlimited Potential Program.

In addition, we are organizing comprehensive youth program development and volunteer recruitment for Springwells Village with support from the Skillman Foundation.
