NCI’s
All Saints Neighborhood Center and Park

Our initial community development projects were All Saints Neighborhood
Center and Park.

We took over the vacant former St. Peter Lithuanian Catholic Church building, restored its historic appearance, modernized its interior bringing it up to code in all respects, and filled it with human development programs. For the Park we purchased a burned out stretch of land including the former site of a drug house and tire dump. We created a community jewel that draws together people of all ages.

Now we are moving out into the neighborhood through the Springwells Village Development Collaborative. We will build, with collaborators, a transformed community of choice with new and updated housing, attractive Parks, and programs that ensure safety and positive youth development.
