Our mission is to support “successful families in healthy neighborhoods” by

• developing healthy urban environments,
• nurturing safe, healthy and productive lifestyles in children and adults, and
• connecting families and individuals with resources that address their needs and aspirations.

Our strategy is to address one neighborhood at a time, working with collaborators to create a comprehensive plan of development so that, as people succeed in their own lives, their neighborhood will keep pace with their growing aspirations for a better life.
